Estonian National Song Festival 2004

XXIV Estonian National Song Festival festival in Tallinn in July 2004. Altogether 796 choirs and 51 orchestras were performing. Some songs were sung by probably the biggest joint choir in the world, consisting of nearly 20000 singers. The nationwide Song Festival tradition began with the first Song Festival in Tartu, June 18- 20, 1869. This year's was 24th and the next song festival will be in Tallinn in 2009.
